Bishop Fenwick High School Names Vince Woodall COO

Newly formed position aims to enhance school’s operational efficiency, growth

Bishop Fenwick High School, a Catholic institution dedicated to fostering lifelong learning and Christian values, today announced the appointment of Vince Woodall as its Chief Operations Officer (COO). This newly established role is designed to enhance the school’s operational efficiency and overall growth and will focus on providing strategic leadership and management of the school’s non-academic operations, including financial resources, human resources, facilities, technology, and legal affairs.

With more than 25 years of experience in Catholic education, Woodall brings a wealth of expertise to the role, having held various positions in both schools and parishes. Most recently, he served as Deputy Superintendent for School Vitality within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati where he oversaw 110 schools and played a key role in strengthening critical areas like marketing, enrollment, finance, strategic planning and board development. His leadership was instrumental in launching the Catholic Education Foundation tuition assistance programs benefiting families seeking a Catholic education.

“Vince brings extensive expertise and a strong commitment to our mission, making him the perfect choice to help lead Fenwick through the opportunities before us,” Bishop Fenwick President & CEO Steve Strathmann said.

Woodall earned an associate’s degree in financial management from Sinclair Community College, a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Wright State University and a master’s degree in catholic educational leadership from the University of Dayton.

"I am deeply honored to join the Bishop Fenwick community and to contribute to its mission of providing a transformative Catholic education,” Woodall said. "I look forward to working alongside the dedicated staff, faculty and families to ensure that our school community continues to thrive and meet the needs of our students, now and in the future."

A proud native of Kettering, Woodall currently resides in Loveland with his wife Stephanie, a principal at a local Catholic elementary, and their two sons. His first day with Fenwick is March 31.
